Remarks:
1. How to compose an email to get the fastest most efficient response from us:

  • Clearly state in the subject the purpose of the email: product model, e-mail subject (product bug, product suggestion, product quality problem, cooperation consultation, product information consultation), for example: “FS-iA6B antenna parameter consultation”.

  • If possible provide images or videos outlining the issue/subject. Videos can be sent through dropbox, wetransfer, mega, OneDrive, Google Drive or similar. Remember to include the link in the email.

  • For product related issues provide product images, software version, hardware version, detailed problem description as clear as possible information about the products you are using with it such as: the model type and name, motor, servo, ESC, battery etc.

2. What should I do if I don't get a reply after sending an email to Flysky for a long time?

  • Check to make sure that your email successfully sent.

  • Check to see if our response has been filtered into junk.

  • Resend your email.

  • Contact us through the QQ Flysky Model Friends Group, Facebook or other platforms.
