Returns and Refunds Policy

While we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers, we can only provide a limited Returns and Refund Policy.

Refunds

Full refunds will be issued for items purchased that are out of stock, defective or incorrectly sent. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for details about total shipping time and procedures.

We will process refund requests made within 48 hours of payment confirmation at a restocking fee of 15% of the total order (products plus shipping costs).

Unfortunately we cannot process refunds requested after 48 hours of payment confirmation at any cost due to returned products entering China will incur heavy customs duties plus return shipping fees.

Returns

Unfortunately we cannot process returns of our products for any reasons* due to the high customs duties levied on all incoming products from overseas by the Chinese Customs Office.

*refunds or replacements will be granted for products that are defective and incorrectly shipped.

We urge all customers to make their purchases carefully.
