Handling Time

When we receive an order, please note the following:

• Orders normally ships within 48 hours.
• Orders are not processed during weekends, all orders received on or after Thursday 4:00pm (GMT +8) and Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
• Our products are shipped from China and may transit in other countries, hence Tracking Numbers are normally issued at least 2 working days after shipment (minimum 4 working days after payment), customers can find their tracking number by logging into their account on our online store.

Shipping Methods

• For most countries customers have an option of either a Standard mailing service or Express courier service.
• Standard Mail (10 to 25 days excluding handling time via Postal Registered Airmail service with simple postal tracking) 
• Express Mail (5 to 15 days excluding handling time via DHL, SF Express, Fedex or UPS depending on the destination country).
